The Alphabets of [Little Things That Make My Day]

Hi, everyone!

I'm continuing my alphabet series today, featuring the "G, H and I" of all things that help make my day! The insignificant subjects may seem irrelevant sometimes, but together, they might just put a smile back on your face, be what lifts you up or give you the push to move forward! I consider myself a rather optimistic person, but there are days when I just need a little help. Well, don't we all?

[G]lossier

I'm a fan of Glossier for many reasons (Disclaimer: I'm also a #GlossierRep). Not only do they have great products, but they also have a positive, inspiring brand image. I love the founder Emily Weiss, too!

Some of the products from Glossier that help make my day include Boy Brow — because my brows would be ready in 5 seconds —, Milk Jelly Cleanser  — because it removes my makeup AND cleans my face at the same time without stinging my eyes, and Balm Dotcom — because they keep my lips moisturized and crack-free.

I've just purchased the newest gal on the block: Solution, a gentle exfoliator that is designed to clear blackheads and shrink pores. I cannot wait to try it because those are my two biggest concerns!

Good [H]air Days

Bad hair days can be great mood killers. Who's with me? Sometimes when my hair is too flat and dull, too oily, or too all-over-the-place, I find it hard to feel pretty or confident! To ensure I avoid bad hair days as often as possible, I try my best to take good care of my hair on a regular basis!

I love a good hair mask that really nourishes and adds shine to my hair. Some of my favorites include Briogeo's Deep Conditioning Hair Cap System, the Intensive Hair Conditioner by Malin+Goetz, and the Restore Mask Treatment by Living Proof. L'Oreal Paris has a Pre-Shampoo Clay Mask that is also very good if you have an oily scalp like me in the summer.

Every time I use a hair mask, I walk out of the shower feeling like I can conquer the world; even the worse days seem a bit better — no joke!

[I]nspirational Quotes

One of my favorite things to do when I feel like I'm lacking motivation some mornings is to find inspirational quotes! I often change my phone background to great ones I come across. They may just seem like a few words, but sometimes that's all you need!

Here are just a few that I really like:

Thank you for reading!
